Becki DeGraw is a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, one of Silicon Valley's most prominent law firms. She co-leads the firm's Emerging Companies practice and serves as outside general counsel to technology and growth companies at all stages of development. Based in Palo Alto, Becki works closely with entrepreneurs to guide them through company formation, corporate governance, financing transactions, and liquidity events.
Becki has extensive experience counseling investors of all sizes and stages — from accelerators and family offices to venture funds and corporate strategic investment arms. She has spearheaded Wilson Sonsini's specialized investor-focused team, providing full coverage of the marketplace from seed stage through growth equity. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
