Vince Nakayama is the Chief Operating Officer at Skylark Labs, where he oversees operations infrastructure supporting growth across hardware manufacturing, global coordination, and defense-grade production contracts. He manages hardware manufacturing facilities in Texas and Indiana and coordinates a global team across US and India locations.
Nakayama successfully scaled GoPro through IPO as CTO, and served as VP of Engineering and Product Management for Microsoft Surface. At Amazon Lab126, he led Fire TV hardware-software integration. He was also Director of QuickTime Engineering at Apple and part of the original iPhone media team, and led PlayStation Network operations at Sony.
His proven capability in supply chain management, vendor coordination, and manufacturing at scale—honed across GoPro, Microsoft, Amazon, Sony, and Apple—is directly applied to Skylark's production and delivery requirements for defense customers.
